Commercial Purposes:
- To promote and sell, physically and/or online, the products or services of MAESTROS JOYEROS.
- To design and handcraft unique fine jewelry pieces with personalized designs, guaranteed carats, and certificates of authenticity under NOM standards; as well as to sell and distribute diamonds, fine jewelry in platinum, yellow, rose, and white gold (10k, 14k, 18k, and 24k), pieces with diamond, gem, and precious stone inlays, such as rings, earrings, studs, chains, chokers, necklaces, pendants, bracelets, bangles, as well as fine watches and exclusive brand products.
Tax Purposes:
- To issue tax invoices derived from the commercialization of its products or services.

Additionally, MAESTROS JOYEROS will use your personal information for the following purposes, which are not necessary for the requested service but will allow and facilitate better service:

Fines Mercadotécnicos:
- To carry out marketing and promotional activities, physically and/or online, for its products or services.
- To make phone calls and send emails regarding collections and payments, customer and/or employee information verification, order confirmations, purchase orders and merchandise requests, logistics for shipping guides and parcels, budget approvals and order delivery, clarifications, quotes, and promotions, as well as issuing and receiving tax invoices, scheduling appointments, providing after-sales service, and following up on quotes.
- To publish and post on social media for client or prospect contact and loyalty purposes.

Cash payments

Maestros Joyeros reiterates its commitment to respect and comply with all applicable laws, which is why it is limited to accepting cash payments in transactions involving watches, jewelry, metals and precious stones, for a value equal to or greater than the equivalent of 3,210[1] Measurement and Update Units (“UMA”) in effect on the day the payment is made or the obligation is fulfilled.

Under no circumstances will Maestros Joyeros accept cash payments exceeding the threshold established by applicable law.

[1] $348,509.70 (three hundred forty-eight thousand five hundred nine 70/100 National Currency), considering the UMA in force in 2024.

Terms and Conditions

Insured shipments

Maestros Joyeros insures every purchase you make for general shipping and/or insured shipping guides, as applicable.

We require an adult's signature to confirm acceptance of each delivered product, so official identification may be requested to confirm delivery and fulfill the condition described.

Evidence of delivery to the address provided and/or the recipient's signature represents completion of the sale by Maestros Joyeros, as well as the delivery of the goods and the transfer of responsibility to the recipient.

Maestros Joyeros synonymous with perfect caratage

The companies that make up the OB group, of which Maestros Joyeros is a part, belong to the Quality Group, a caratage regulation program for gold and silver jewelry manufacturers and retailers. They were among the first affiliates of the Jalisco Chamber of Jewelry and founders of the quality group. This guarantees consumers that the jewelry they purchase has a karat in accordance with the Official Mexican Standard NOM 033. The OB group has been part of the Quality Group for over 20 years, earning registration number 23.

Since 1995, Grupo de Calidad has been a self-regulation program for silver and gold manufacturing and marketing companies affiliated with the Jalisco Chamber of Jewelry.

This aims to foster fair competition and guarantee consumers that the jewelry they purchase has a carat rating in accordance with the Official Mexican Standard NOM 033.
